TWIN CITIES, MINNESOTA

Two new loan programs have been created to help low to moderate income working families, minorities, seniors and households headed by single women become successful homeowners in Minnesota. The interest free money (as much as $14,999) can be used for down payment, closing costs, other costs, and sometimes even repairs and are forgiven in full or in part if the home owner occupies the home for the first 5 years. There are, of course, some limits and restrictions.

Information about applying for these loans and the cities they cover can be obtained by contacting Pete Shrader at (952) 292-0285.
