If that recruit is hired the sponsor will earn 10% of the gross commission - the sponsoring bonus tops out at $10,000 per year per agent. EXIT agents can sponsor other agents in any office in North America. These residual bonuses are single-level only.

3. 7% retirement residual earnings: An EXIT agent who has participated in sponsoring will continue to receive 7% residual earnings as long as those they sponsored continue to make sales. A retired EXIT agent can continue to sponsor agents with no further obligation to sell real estate.

4. 5% beneficiary earnings: Should an EXIT agent become deceased then a special residual beneficiary benefit of 5% is dedicated to the beneficiary. This continues as long as the sponsored agents continue to earn commission.

5. No franchise fees: Most franchised real estate companies charge 5%-8% of every transaction that comes right off the top before you get paid. A flat administration fee of $195 is charged on each transaction and is paid by the client.
